Our process

CrossFit is a core strength & conditioning program that delivers a fitness that is by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Elements of track & field, gymnastics, weightlifting, and strongman are combined in short intense daily workouts to maximize results for any individual. CrossFit teaches functional movement patterns, or, movements that you find in real life -pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting.

At CrossFit Grow, our goal is to help you reach your goal. We encourage everyone to set a SMART goal (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Timely). Everything we do is to help strengthen you in your everyday life whether that be walking up and down stairs, competing in sports and other activities, or even just getting up if you fall down. We are grateful for our amazing community of people that encourage, support, and help keep each other accountable.
