Foundations

Just beginning your fitness journey? We have a fundamentals class to teach you the basics and help you with your technique in a safe and low key environment.

Adult Classes

We offer 6 classes a day Monday through Friday and twice on Saturday. Our classes are focused on community, confidence, building strength for your everyday life safely, and pushing your limits with daily workouts and high intensity workouts.

Weightlifting

With two USAW Level 1 trained coaches at the ready, we offer specialized classes focusing on the olympic lifts to help you further your experience and strength.

personal training

If you need personal attention or aren't ready for a faster paced group class then personal training is for you. We will provide you with support and accountability. This training is personalized to your needs and will be designed with your goals in mind. Each client begins their journey with a 30 minute phone conversation about their goals then work begins day one of their personal training! We provide a combination of strength training, cardio, and mobility that will fast track you toward body composition changes or overall improved health.

kids classes

Building a strong foundation early in life is key to a lifetime of healthy living. We believe in the importance of having fun while exercising. Everything we do will focus on setting healthy habits while enjoying every minute.
